Chad is a Burke County, Georgia native and a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Agricultural Engineering.  While in college, he worked in operations for Georgia Power Company through the Cooperative Education Program.  After college, he worked as an electrical engineer for Talquin Electric Cooperative in Quincy, Florida, from 1992 to 1995, and also attended Florida State University.  He has been working in real estate sales and investments from 1995 to the present. 
Chad is a Past Master and current Secretary of Waynesboro Masonic Lodge #274, a member of the Scottish Rite (Valley of Augusta), a member of the Alee Shrine Temple, a member of the Waynesboro Rotary Club, and a member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors.

Paul and his wife live in Burke County near Waynesboro.  He graduated from Southern Technical Institute with an Associate Degree in Industrial Management.  From 1960-1968 Paul worked as an Industrial Technician.  He owned and operated a Burke County crop and livestock farm from 1968-1982.  He has worked in real estate sales and investments from 1982 to the present, based in Waynesboro and working primarily in Georgia and South Carolina.  Paul is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow, an Alee Temple Shriner, and a member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors.

Zolene Foster is a native of West Virginia, and has lived in Burke County, Georgia, since 1963.  She has extensive banking experience and has been working in real estate sales and investments since 1989.  She is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club with the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors, Vice President of the Burke County Ladies Investments Group, Past President of the Burke County Chapter of Women in Business, and Past Secretary of The Citizens of Georgia Power.  Zolene handles all of our residential property interests.  Her knowledge and experience in matters of finance and the local area will serve you very well.

Sam and his family live in Waynesboro and spend considerable time on a local farm working with the family cattle operation.  He graduated from Columbus State University with a degree in Marketing.  After college, Sam worked as an independent contractor in construction from 2003-2005.  From 2005 to the present, he has owned a home improvement business.  Currently, Sam is President-Elect of the Burke County Cattlemen's Association, Regional Vice President of the Georgia Cattlemen's Association, and a member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors.

CHRIS GRAHAM - Forestry Associate

Chris and his family live on a local crop and timber farm which has been in his family for several generations.  He graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Forest Engineering.  From 1985-1988 Chris worked with Stone Container Corporation managing land and timber for private landowners.  He worked as a timber buyer for a local forest products company from 1989-1997.  Since 1997 he has worked in various phases of the forestry and timber business as Chris Graham Timber, Inc.
Chris is a Georgia State Board Registered Forester, a member of the Georgia Forestry Association, and designated a Georgia Master Timber Harvester.  His extensive experience includes:  private landowner forestry consultation, timber cruising and appraisals, timber marketing and sales, land reforestation preparation, tree planting, controlled burning, fire prevention, vegetation control, and timber harvesting of all types, including wildlife enhancement cuts, stand improvement thinnings, and seed tree harvests.
